Report a Maintenance Issue

We understand how frustrating it can be when something needs fixing in your home. That’s why we’ve made it super easy for you to report any maintenance issues on your phone with our convenient app.

The LSH Lettings app puts the power in your hands and enables us to get things sorted quickly and efficiently.

Simply report the issue as soon as you notice it and our friendly and professional maintenance team will soon take care of the rest.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Download the App: First, you’ll need to download our nifty app from the App Store or Google Play Store. It’s free and easy to use!
  2. Login with Your Sturents Account: No need to create a new account – simply log in using your existing Sturents credentials.
  3. Report the Issue: Tap the “My Support” button, then “New Ticket.” Tell us where the issue is located, describe the problem in detail (the more info, the better!), and attach any relevant photos. Don’t forget to confirm your contact number so we can reach you if needed.
  4. Submit and Relax: Hit the “Submit” button, and your maintenance request is on its way! You’ll receive a ticket reference number to keep track of things.
  5. Stay in the Loop: We’ll keep you posted on the progress through the in-app chat. You can even select a convenient appointment time if needed. Once the issue is resolved, we’ll let you know, and you can carry on with your day.

It’s that simple! No more waiting around or trying to remember when the office opens – just a few taps, and your maintenance issue is already close to being sorted.

Don’t forget to enable push notifications on your phone and in the app settings to stay in the loop.
