We’ll use this information to draft up your tenancy agreement.

    Once you’re happy that everything’s accurate, whack that apply button!

What happens next?
  • We’ll draft up your tenancy agreement and email it across for you to review and sign.
  • We’ll send details of how to pay your deposit. Once it’s paid, we’ll log it with the Deposit Protection Service. Alternatively, if you have chosen to join Noposit, we’ll send you details of how to make the payments.
  • We’ll collect some key information about your guarantor.
