So what’s the deal?
With us, you pay one all-inclusive price for a high-quality home and uncapped, all-inclusive utility bills, not to mention some amazing added extras as standard. You’ll be hard-pressed to find many student landlords in Liverpool who provide our calibre of home, plus a regular cleaning service for communal areas, Virgin Media broadband, a 50″ TV and TV license, and contents insurance from Endsleigh to the tune of £10,000 per tenant.
Your home itself is set up for comfort and practicality. We start by getting the basics right: for instance, you’ll have a sensible amount of cooking, washing and bathroom facilities for the number of people living in your property. We then go beyond: your house also comes with appliances such as a dishwasher and tumble dryer.

Why do we do it?
Cold, dark, damp, cramped, broken furniture, dangerous appliances… We experienced all of these first-hand whilst living in student accommodation, and simply put, we believe it shouldn’t be so difficult to find amazing student accommodation.
