This is a great letting company. Moving in and living in rented houses is easy and seamless, they put you as priority. The cleaners come every 3 weeks and do a brilliant job cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. The app provides quick and easy services so any problems in the house and replace broken appliances within 2 days. Would recommend to a friend.

Had a great viewing with Jamie who went above and beyond and helped us to secure a place. The place is clean and well kept, the staff have been nothing but nice and helpful would 100% recommend.

Good size rooms, very big bathroom, cleaner comes every 2 weeks and does an incredible job, when our washing machine broke someone came straight away the same day and then a new one was fitted within 2 days

Would definitely recommend choosing Luxury Student Homes. SO much better than the last student company we went for, they’re all lovely and welcoming, respond very quickly to any queries/requests. Can’t fault them at all – the property is also lovely too!

LSH has provided my daughter and her 5 housemates with an amazing standard of living at an affordable price with the comfort of 24/7 attentiveness for breakdowns, lost keys, security and fortnight cleaning of their kitchen. The housemates respected the house more because of the standard of house when they moved in. It was incredibly clean, had a good standard of mattress and all en-suites were in brand new condition. Jamie Galvin was their contact from the company, and the housemates found him kind, efficient, approachable, attentive and knowledgeable about their questions. I found Jamie to be a responsible and professional representative of LSH, and I would strongly encourage any parent to consider renting with LSH, as their houses are of brilliant standard and their rents affordable.

Luxury Student Homes have been an amazing student accommodation. The property was beautiful and in great condition. If I ever had any problems they were always dealt with quickly. I had also asked for a table and chairs since we had space in the living room, this was given to us the next day and made the property more homely. They provide fantastic service as well as frequent noposit offers for discounts when shopping, and prizes for a chance to win money back, which is a nice gift as a student.

LSH have been a brilliant and honestly lovely company to rent under. Nothing but helpful to any of my issues! The property is more than brilliant and close to bus stops, shops and parks. LSH have managed my student accommodation for 4 years, They have done a great job and go above and beyond what is expected. They keep me fully informed and are quick to respond to my queries. They are a really a great team of people, whom I enjoy working with. LSH look after their students really well, which is very important to me as I have 2 daughters who are students too. LSH is the gold standard in property management for landlords and students.

My son after studying in Manchester decided to study to become a doctor and so started a course in Liverpool. Having exhausted student funding we decided to best way to support him was buy a property for him to live in whilst renting out the other rooms. This worked like a charm. When he moved on Luxury Student Homes took over the management. They have an impressive business plan where they have all their properties decorated and furnished in a similar manner. This costs owners like me money but as we have achieved 100% occupancy I imagine most owners are happy with the service provided. We now own 3 properties all managed by LSH and their professional arm Carbon Lettings. It is trouble free for the Owners and I suspect very good for the tenants as the 100% occupancy would suggest.
