Wavertree Park is home of the Liverpool Tennis Centre, Lifestyles Sports Park with a swimming pool and all-weather football pitches and Wavertree Athletics Centre. Smithdown Road runs right through Wavertree and provides all the amenities you may need from a practical perspective: a choice of supermarkets, hairdressers, health centres, pharmacies and more.
Our student houses in Wavertree are near the famous Brookhouse pub and some incredible burger joints. The lovely Greenbank Park can be found at the edge of Wavertree, whilst Sefton Park is approximately fifteen minutes’ walk away.
The city centre is a short bus ride away for retail therapy or the cinema. Alternatively, Liverpool Shopping Park is a 20-minute walk away, where you’ll find a range of high street shops and affordable eateries.

Absolutely! Wavertree is an excellent area for large groups. We have a wide selection of properties all the way up to 9-bed houses, so you can comfortably live with friends while enjoying plenty of personal space.
