Student houses in Liverpool are typically released from October for the following academic year, and the most popular houses in Wavertree, Smithdown and Kensington go first. We recommend sorting your group and booking before February, though we let properties year-round, so it’s always worth checking what’s available.

Not necessarily. Luxury Student Homes offers NoPosit, a deposit-free option that means you don’t need to find a lump sum upfront – as well as standard protected deposits if you’d rather. To pay your rent in instalments, you’ll need a UK guarantor; if you don’t have one, you can pay in advance or use Housing Hand, the UK’s largest rent guarantor service.
