What makes this achievement particularly special is that the GSL Awards are based entirely on direct feedback from students. Unlike traditional awards with expert judges, this nomination reflects the genuine experiences of the people who matter most, our student residents.

This year marks a new milestone for the GSL Index, which saw a 15% increase in student participation—the highest-ever response levels in a Q4 wave. The finalists were determined through this wave, making this nomination a true reflection of the students we serve every day.
