Renting property (especially student property) will be one of the most stressful things you can go through. We’ve all heard of those nightmare scenarios from terrible landlords and apartments, so we thought we’d share some of what our tenants had experienced before coming over to Luxury Student Homes!
For my second university, me and my friends wanted to rent a student home in Liverpool. We found a flat that was close to our University which we liked so the landlady asked us to pay £200 each for a holding deposit to guarantee the flat, however when we tried to organise the delivery of the contracts, our calls and emails were ignored for several days. When she got in touch, we were told that she had received a better offer and let the house go. Luckily our money was given back and we found Luxury Student Homes.
