The YM Liverpool Awards celebrate industry leaders and the very best businesses in the property business from across Liverpool. This is a properly prestigious event and the awards are coveted in the property industry in the Liverpool City Region. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the event hasn’t been held for a couple of years so we were thrilled to be told that we’d been nominated for an award on its return.

Best Student Landlord 2022

This accolade recognises the landlord that delivers the most outstanding service and accommodation for their student tenants. Luxury Student Homes last won this award in 2015, it’s great to be recognised as the best once again.

It’s a wonderful achievement as we pride ourselves on offering the very best student houses and flats, while also offering the best service and experience available to students in Liverpool. We are always working to improve and innovate, such as the introduction of our NoPosit option, which we’re the first accommodation provider in the city to do so and which has proven to be a real hit with our residents.

Winning the award makes us really proud and the team haven’t stopped talking about it since!
